Bending system – production cell with robot

Function

This system is responsible for bending shaped pipe parts. With the help of the robot, the customer can now produce entire shifts fully automatically. In the first step, the robot places the parts to be bent on the receiving station.

There, the shaped tubes are cut to the required length and then fed to the bending machine. Here, the steel parts are formed into rectangles before being removed by the robot and placed in a container for transportation to the customer.
