Functionality
For the production of fastening holes in our customer’s products (facade elements), the automatic hole punch system was designed and manufactured as an efficient and automated solution.
After automatic feeding by a manipulator and positioning at the machines stop, the elements are clamped with vertical and swivel clamping cylinders. The mounting holes can now be punched in a total cycle time of as little as 15 seconds for 150 holes. After the process, the products are automatically transported to the next position.
