Functionality
A complete conveyor system with an integrated packaging system in the form of a foil wrapper was developed for our customer’s products.
Roller conveyors that can be raised and lowered transport the pallets from a lifting station to the next chain conveyor and on to the packaging station. This is followed by an accumulating roller conveyor with a buffer system and 6 storage spaces to transport the fully packed pallets to the outside area. An external conveyor line was also installed.
